Her new Zillow reviews reached ChatGPT within two days. What needs work is the details around her: a personal email address that ChatGPT now repeats, three different home cities across her profiles, a team page with no licence number, and no Google Business Profile.

Elmo asked "who is Brandi Romero real estate agent Surprise AZ" 38 times from October 4 to 10: 20 times on ChatGPT and 18 on Google AI Mode. Below, each dot is one of those answers. The question named Surprise because that was our first test format. She works across the whole Phoenix metro, and a metro-wide set of five questions replaces it from October 12.

Two things stand out. Google AI Mode used the same two pages in all 18 answers: Zillow and the Kumler Group page. ChatGPT started reading her ADRE record on October 8 and has used it in every answer since.

Anyone who searches "Brandy Romero" lands on a New Mexico agent. Her licence number and full name are what tell her apart, so every profile she controls should carry them.
Ordered by how much of the AI answer each one changes. The first two are profile edits that can be made today.
Replace it with brandi@thekumlergroup.com in the contact fields on Zillow and on her MLS agent record, so every page shows the team address.
5 of the last 10 ChatGPT answers print the personal address. Google already uses the team address, from the Kumler Group page.
ADRE, the MLS and Homes.com say Peoria (16165 N 83rd Ave, Ste 200). Zillow says Scottsdale (8360 E Raintree Dr). Facebook says Queen Creek. Set Zillow and Facebook to the office she actually works from, and use that on every profile.
ChatGPT repeats the Scottsdale address in 9 of 20 answers.

Google AI Mode used this page in all 18 answers and never gave her licence number. The page doesn't show one. It names counties but no cities, so the engines guess where she works.

Her review count went from 3 to 5 and ChatGPT picked it up within about two days. Reviews are what turn "who is she" into "should I hire her".
Her agent page on parallaxlistings.com carries the ADRE facts in machine-readable form. It went public on October 10 at parallaxlistings.com/a/brandi-romero, in the sitemap and pinged to Bing through IndexNow. Elmo's record-citations check shows when AI engines start citing it.
